Why you need automated dosing

The most fundamental reason as to why one needs a dosing or check weigh system is very basic, savings. With a dosing system you can save a lot of money by reducing wastage.

Another important benefit is that consistent dyeings can be achieved because all the chemicals measured accurately. This in turn leads to a greater number of right first time dyeings.

If you dye the same job twice with the same chemicals and dyes then you are more likely to reproduce the color and quality.
