The CIMATEK CF2000 is our top of the line automated dispensing system. The system comprises of a operator control station, centralised dispenser controller, pump, flow meter and t-port valves.
The system accurately measures the liquid chemical with out operator handling. It delivers it to the required machine with water and finally does a clean cycle in which the pipe is thoroughly cleaned with water and sent to the drain, ready for the next cycle.
The dispensing uses an intelligent dosing design in which several requests to the same machine can be combined thus saving time and water.

Chemical Request Options
The system can be configured for various methods of chemical delivery. They are:
- The dye machine can request for a chemical by closing a contact
- The operator can request a chemical by pressing a button on a panel
- The chemical store or operations center can deliver the chemical to the machine under program control
